At DOTS, Dr. Woods is passionate and skilled in helping individuals and organizations connect the dots that matter to them using research, data, frameworks, constructs, design, and implementation. Dr. Woods and his wife (Dr. PC Woods) are Real Estate investors; Nate is Advisor for the Hope Squad at Grays Harbor College.

Out of her passion for serving student-athletes, Dr. PCWoods' Fireside Chats was established, which has been used at Southeastern University and currently used by the NWAC (Northwest Athletic Conference). This program seeks to create an outlet for athletes to create authentic dialogue with others and the moderator, about in-depth topics that include racial injustice, substance use disorders, and mental health, to name a few.

The Maine native graduated with a Masters in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University before pursuing a career in college athletics in Florida. After serving as the Athletic Marketing and Promotions Coordinator, Sarah felt the Lord calling her to pursue more. She now serves as the Director of Experiential Learning for Undergraduate Students in the Human Performance and Sports Studies department at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. Sarah consults as a facilitator, project manager, and career coach. She is an avid college basketball fan and enjoys summers in Maine.

Iesha Patterson is a Literacy Coach who excels at building efficacy and capacity in educators and individuals by modeling, coaching, and training other on how to combine pedagogical effectiveness, differentiated instruction, and best practices for families and teachers with evidence-based resources to provide equitable learning for all students. Iesha believes all humans (big and small) have room to grow from their past, to learn in their present, and to be prepared for their future and purpose through efficient systems.
Iesha has been trained in Letrs (the science of reading), coached, and trained by TNTP, certified in AIG LEEP and AIM (Math Certification). She is also trained in trauma-informed education and ACES. Iesha has her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership through Grand Canyon University from which she has received her Master of Education in Elementary Education. Iesha holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Strayer University.
When she is not coaching, training, or educating others, Iesha enjoys reading and writing. She has authored two inspirational books that are available on Amazon. Iesha also enjoys decorating and planning special events at through her business, KeepSake Designs and Events. Additionally, she can be found supporting her family with their extracurricular activities.
